Who is financing and operating The QUAD?
The Donato Foundation is proposing a development that combines nonprofit sports facilities with hotels, restaurants, retail and entertainment. But who will ultimately finance, own and operate each component?
Why it matters: understanding the ownership and financing structure helps residents see how charitable activities, commercial interests and proposed public incentives fit together, and whether the arrangements deliver the community benefits the proposal describes.
